Since LALA Garden Café opened, I’ve been a frequent visitor at various times of the day. Their food quality and menu options have steadily improved, offering something for everyone.
Helpful Tips for Your Visit
LALA Garden Cafe has a unique setup with its menu displayed right by the entrance. It’s the only menu I’ve ever seen where you can pick your order while standing outside. Another version of the menu is above the cashier, letting you browse while waiting. This thoughtful setup ensures a smooth and stress-free experience.
Prefer breakfast? Arrive early, as their breakfast menu runs until 12 noon. After that, their focus shifts to main entrees and other tempting choices.
One important note: LALA Garden Cafe only accepts cash payments. They’ve never accepted credit cards like Visa or Mastercard since I started visiting. They do accept GCash, but it’s safest to bring cash just to be sure.
A Closer Look at LALA Garden Cafe
LALA Garden Café, located in Angeles City, Pampanga, is the largest garden café in the area, accommodating up to 250 guests. Its modern interiors combined with a nature-inspired ambiance create a cozy and inviting atmosphere for visitors. Photo below is their extra seating are located at the ground floor / the nor so nice seating area 😂- which is the “if there is nowhere else to seat because the cafe is so flocked” area.
The café offers a wide-ranging menu featuring refreshing drinks like frappes and fruit drinks. While some of the fruit drinks are made from fresh ingredients, others are powdered or syrup-based. Along with coffee and non-coffee options, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Beyond drinks, their menu includes hearty meals such as pasta, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and chicken dishes. Freshly baked pastries are available as well, appealing to those with a sweet tooth.
The picturesque garden setting makes the cafe a favored spot for locals and tourists seeking a relaxing and visually pleasing experience.
LALA Garden Cafe Policies: Pet-Friendly and More
LALA Garden Cafe has a few policies to make your visit more enjoyable. First, outside food is not allowed, so make sure to enjoy the wide variety on their menu.
The cafe is pet-friendly, but pets are only allowed in a designated pet-friendly area located at the back of the cafe. This keeps the main dining area comfortable for all guests.

My Honest Opinion on LALA Garden Cafe’s Pastries
When it comes to the pastries at LALA Garden Cafe, I have to say they really look appetizing. I love that they’re all carefully covered and displayed, and you need to use tongs to pick your pastry. There’s always someone stationed in the area to assist you, which is a huge plus. Personally, I’m pretty clumsy, and I don’t want to accidentally ruin the pastry I’m trying to grab – or worse, mess up the whole tray! 😂
The pastries are freshly baked, as you can see in the video showcasing their kitchen. But, and this is just my personal opinion, I don’t usually visit for the pastries or the coffee. The real reason I go to LALA Garden is for their delicious Alfredo paired with a Black Americano. Weird? but yeah, that’s my go-to combo!
As for the pastries, they are definitely eye-catching with their colorful decorations. However, to be honest, the taste doesn’t quite live up to the look. The bread tends to be a bit dry, and the icing can sometimes be a little too much, almost as if it’s there more for decoration than flavor. That being said, I’ve tasted better pastries at other cafés, and I’ll definitely be blogging about that place soon. Stay tuned for my next post where I share all about this new café I just discovered!
Why Weekdays Are the Best Time to Visit
LALA Garden Cafe tends to get overcrowded on weekends and holidays. That’s why I prefer visiting during weekdays when it’s less busy. The place may still have some people, but it’s big enough that you can really enjoy the peaceful ambiance.
All of the photos in this post were taken on a weekday – trust me, you won’t get these kinds of shots during the weekend!
A Quick Glimpse at the LALA Garden Cafe Menu
I’ve taken photos of the entire menu to help you plan your visit. Having an idea of what you want to order can save you time at the cashier, especially if it’s your first time here.
One thing to keep in mind: LALA Garden Cafe only accepts cash. I’ve seen situations where customers spend time choosing their food and pastries, only to find out at the cashier that they can’t pay with a card. It can be a bit stressful trying to sort things out, especially on a busy day.
Take a look at the menu photos to plan your meal ahead of time. This way, you can relax, enjoy the experience, and avoid any payment surprises. And yes – don’t forget to bring cash!
